Aaron is a strategic leader who translates business strategies into maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of clients, customers, employees, and the public. He is an expert in enhancing customer satisfaction, client retention and profitability; strategic asset management; real estate brokerage; and property management. Dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality, service, and uncompromising ethics, Aaron is the President of Bosshardt Property Management, LLC and the COO of Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC.

Aaron carries on the Bosshardt tradition of volunteerism in both his professional organizations and the greater Gainesville community. He has served on the Board of the Gainesville Jaycees and twice chaired the annual Haunted House Event. Currently he is the Vice Chair of Children Home Society’s Central Florida Division, and has been selected by CHS of Florida to sit on their state wide development committee. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Partners in Adolescence Lifestyle Support (PALS). In addition he has served on the Board of Directors at his Temple Shir Shalom.

Professionally Aaron currently serves on Boards for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 60 and the National Association of Residential Property Managers – Florida. He also holds committee positions with IREM national, NARPM national, and the North Central Florida Apartment Association (NCFAA). Previously, he was the Chair of Professional Standards Committee for the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR).

Aaron has published articles in the NARPM trade magazine “The Residential Resource” and served as an expert panellist for IREM and NARPM. In 2009 he co-instructed a class at his local board of realtors on the nuts and bolts of property management. He has served as an expert witness for property management cases and earned his CPM designation in 2010. He was awarded "CPM of the Year" in 2011.

Aaron is married to Kimberly Bosshardt and they have three children together: Jack, Cosette and Rose. He enjoys coaching their soccer, football and basketball teams in his free time. He is an instrument rated pilot and member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and an avid snowboarder.
