  • Team Ryals Year End 2013 Market Report

Our advice to clients who want to sell or lease is very similar to what it’s always been… make sure your property is in tip top condition and presents itself well vs competing properties and make sure you are priced consistently within ongoing market activity. Position your property well (condition and price) and you will see some action. Things have definitely started to move.

  • What Is Your Favorite Holiday Movie?

It’s been a flurry of activity in my house since I’ve cleared the table from our Thanksgiving feast. My husband and children were quick to stack bin after bin of Christmas decorations by the kitchen door making it necessary to either begin decorating or continue stepping around them every time I’d like to go outside. • Going Global

Bosshardt Realty and Bosshardt Property Management are going global in 2014! Its not what you think, and it is actually far less absurd than it sounds. I know as Gainesvillains we often view ourselves as simple town buried in the heart of Florida. We have no beaches, no big city draw for international business. But a little closer look reveals that very quietly Gainesville has evolved into a multicultural, multinational community outside of the confines of the University of Florida.
