The Bosshardt Family is Growing

    Bosshardt Realty Services was founded in 1987 as a family company with only 10 REALTORS®. In the last 26 years, the company has grown significantly and is continuing to expand. However we are a value based company. Every Realtor at Bosshardt strives to be a trusted advisor by agreeing to live and practice our core values. At the heart of our values is creating, living and working in a family culture.

    Family-oriented businesses are a quickly dying breed; it is important for us to maintain close personal relationships with employees, associates, and the people they serve. This warm, familiar atmosphere is what makes Bosshardt Realty Services a great place.

    Over the past few months we have added a number of remarkable members with diverse backgrounds to the Bosshardt team. We’d like to introduce you to the newest members of the Bosshardt family.

    New members of Bosshardt Family

    Beverly Anderson | Beverly has excelled in several areas of real estate over the past 15 years. She was in the original class of Realtors® to earn the prestigious CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation from the National Builders Association. Her success with representing prominent builders and buyers has earned her an excellent reputation among her peers and customers. Beverly’s passion is helping her clients.

    Kevin Banes | Kevin was born and raised in Gainesville and attended Buchholz High School. After high school, he went to the University of Florida and earned a degree in Business Administration. He has a passion for real estate and is an avid tennis player / pro.

    Kara Bolton | Kara is President and Owner of Kara Bolton Homes, Inc. Since 2007, she designed, built and sold over $8.3 million in residential sales. She is President of the Builders Association of North Central Florida and is actively involved with the Alachua County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee as well as the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors®. Kara is also a graduate of “Leadership Gainesville’s, 36th Class”.

    Rob Caniff | Rob recently moved back to Gainesville to be near his family. He has a successful company in Manhattan, Kansas and is a licensed REALTOR® in both states. Rob is a Commercial and Residential Realtor and his designations include: Licensed Broker Associate, State of Florida, Accredited Buyer’s Agent, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Member of the Gainesville Association of Realtors, Member of the National Association of Realtors and a Member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.

    Trina Christensen | Trina was raised in Gainesville, born into a family where her father, uncles, and cousins were all builders, it was natural that she would become involved. She has over 20 years experience as a realtor specializing in new home sales and new construction and is also a certified structural technician, assessing the status of distressed properties and determining the best plan for remediation. Trina is a CCA licensed real estate coach and personal trainer. She came to Bosshardt because of the team concept.

    Patrick Currie | Patrick was raised in Walton County, graduated from the University of Florida and has lived in Gainesville for over 36 years. Over the course of his career, Patrick has earned numerous sales/production awards the National Association of Realtors GRI and completed the extensive educational requirements for the National Association of Realtors GRI and Broker’s designations. With nearly three decades of experience, Patrick knows how to get the job done. Patrick’s has great enthusiasm for his clients and truly loves helping others.

    Jim Curry | Jim has been involved with sales and marketing for the last 35 years. He has worked for over 25 years in industrial sales with such companies as Georgia Pacific, Kraft Foods, Gainesville Regional Utilities, RTI, Energizer Batteries, and Florida Power & Light. He started selling real estate in 2002 when he was ready to stop traveling and stay closer to home. At Re/Max Realty he was their first Hall of Fame winner in Columbia County. Jim’s desire to focus on the Gainesville market brought him to Bosshardt. He has almost three decades of working with thousands of buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals and knows how to get the job done.

    Matt Feagin | Matt was born and raised in Gainesville. While attending Buchholz High School, he spent his summers working for and learning about custom home building from his uncle, Tommy Waters. Matt obtained a degree in Building Construction Management from University of North Florida and dual-enrolled in the Business program at the University of Florida. He has worked in commercial contracting as Project Engineer on a multi-million dollar hotel renovation and Project Manager constructing multi-million dollar luxury apartments. In addition to real estate, Matt along with his childhood friend own Tipples Brews, a fine wine and craft beer retail store.

    Gabe Fitzhugh | With previous success in residential and vacant land sales in Lake City, Gabe was looking to expand to a larger market. Gabe’s goal is to take the burden off his clients and make their real estate transaction as easy as possible. At the end of the day, helping his clients find the perfect property and seeing them happy makes his job worthwhile.

    Eric Halsey | Eric is highly skilled and motivated, and brings years of real estate and customer service experience to Bosshardt; he’s helped over 1,200 families realize their dream of home ownership. Eric’s a constant professional with a great understanding of customer wants, desires, problems, concerns, satisfactions, and expectations. He’s accustomed to high-pressure work environments and has a meticulous attention to detail. Eric is extremely active in social media and is a Social Network Strategist.

    Pegi Hoffman | Pegi Hoffman is a native of Arlington, VA, but has made her home in Florida for over a decade. Her previous professional experiences includes teaching and insurance sales, before realizing that real estate was her true calling. Pegi’s passion for houses led her to pursue a degree in architecture, but her desire to help others make their own space led her to real estate.

    Jonathan King | Jonathan spent time in South Florida gaining valuable real estate insight through varied experiences: from renovating and flipping homes to commercial banking as a mortgage specialist. Since moving back, he’s expanded into property management and real estate investing. Jonathan’s unique experiences provide him with the ability to help clients find the perfect home for their budget or situation.

    Kim Mitchell | Kim has seventeen years of real estate experience including commercial development, sales and leasing, with extensive experience in residential sales. The past three years she worked for Starwood Hotel’s luxury brand, W Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach, selling luxury hotel condominiums and luxury waterfront residences. Kim is licensed in both California and Florida and was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a large real estate developer in Los Angeles who specialized in vertical retail shopping centers, office condominiums and luxury mid-rise urban in-fill mixed use projects, as well as adaptive re-use and historic renovations.

    Genile Morris | Genile developed a love for Gainesville while attending college. She graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Master’s of Education. She has taught in Alachua county schools and has been involved with both Hawthorne and Eastside communities. In addition to teaching, Genile is actively involved in the community: Boys and Girls Club, Gainesville Junior Women’s Club, and active in her church. She brings integrity, work ethic, and enthusiasm to the Bosshardt family.

    Glenda Rothlein | Glenda comes to Bosshardt with eighteen years of success in residential construction. Her experience started delivering materials for a family owned remodeling firm in Orlando. After a number of years, she expanded her knowledge of residential construction to building estate homes in Celebration, a once owned Disney project near Disney World. She was a construction superintendent for national and state operated construction firms. Aside from her Real Estate license, she holds a state certified contractor license and certifications in OSHA, Home Inspection, Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation.

    Daniel Sarkis | Daniel is a part of a second generation local family business. He is an owner/operator of the largest private mental health facility in the area; Sarkis Family Psychiatry and Sarkis Clinical Trials. Daniel is an entrepreneur, real estate investor and graduate of the University of Florida entrepreneurship program as well as a member of “Leadership Gainesville, 40th Class”.

    Jane Saucier | Jane is a true professional with 14 years of real estate experience. Originally licensed in Gainesville in 1999, she had been living in Virginia but never lost the desire to return to Gainesville. Jane is highly energetic and has an infectious exuberance. Her clients can count on her to be not only their Realtor® but also a friend. Jane prides herself in making transactions as seamless as possible and loves helping families find the home of their dreams.

    Stuart & Ann Wood | Stuart and Ann moved to Gainesville from Naples to enjoy their grandchildren. Stuart’s background in building single-family homes in Virginia Beach began in the 1970s and has continued for the past 30 years in SW Florida. His expertise as a builder/developer, selling his own products, has earned him recognition in builder’s magazines as well as with his peers. Ann has been instrumental working with Stuart behind the scenes, utilizing her organization and decorating skills. She worked directly with many clients in the selection of finishes, color schemes, and the overall details for the completion of their homes. Their reputation is based on integrity, customer satisfaction, and developing a personal relationship with each client.
